Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receipt.

Secure the Security Tag

Ensure the Luxury Promise security tag is still attached to the item; we cannot accept returns if this tag has been removed or tampered with.

Pack and Ship

Place the item in its original packaging and use a tracked, insured shipping service to send the parcel back to our London authentication center.

Inspection and Refund

Once our experts verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
